Licensed Nursing Assistant LNA Caregiver
About The Position
BrightStar Care is hiring an LNA or Caregiver to provide one-on-one, compassionate care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. The role includes personal care and assistance with daily activities, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. LNAs also support patient assessments and monitor vital signs under a Registered Nurse’s supervision, and help implement personalized care plans to promote client safety and comfort. The position offers flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and overnights, in a supportive New Hampshire community.
Requirements
- A current New Hampshire LNA license or at least one year of hands-on caregiving experience.
- A genuine desire to help others and a positive, respectful attitude.
- Dependable transportation to travel to client homes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
Nice To Haves
- Home health, assisted living, or long-term care experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation, and provide companionship.
- For LNAs, support patient assessments and monitor vital signs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Help implement personalized client care plans to ensure safety and comfort.
