About The Position

Requirements

Hold a current New Hampshire LNA license or have at least one year of hands-on caregiving experience.
Have a genuine desire to help others and a positive, respectful attitude.
Have dependable transportation to travel to client homes.
Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.

Nice To Haves

Caregiving experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation, and provide companionship.
For LNAs, support patient assessments and monitor vital signs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Help implement personalized client care plans to ensure client safety and comfort.
