About The Position

BrightStar Care is seeking an LNA or Caregiver to provide one-on-one compassionate care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. The role includes personal care and assistance with daily activities, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. LNAs also support patient assessments and monitor vital signs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, and help implement personalized care plans to promote client safety and comfort. Staff receive clinical support from Registered Nurses and work in a supportive culture serving the New Hampshire community. Available shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Compensation is $19.00–$25.00 per hour, with weekly pay by direct deposit.

Requirements

Hold a current New Hampshire LNA license or have at least one year of hands-on caregiving experience.
Have dependable transportation to travel to client homes.
Have a genuine desire to help others and maintain a positive, respectful attitude.
Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.

Nice To Haves

Caregiving experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation, and provide companionship.
For LNAs, support patient assessments and monitor vital signs under a Registered Nurse’s supervision.
Help implement personalized client care plans to ensure safety and comfort.
Travel to client homes to provide care.
