About The Position

BrightStar Care is hiring an LNA or Caregiver to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. The role includes personal care and assistance with daily activities, light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, and support with personalized care plans. Licensed Nursing Assistants also support patient assessments and monitor vital signs under a Registered Nurse’s supervision. The position offers flexible scheduling, with days, evenings, weekends, and overnights available. Requirements

A current New Hampshire LNA license or at least one year of hands-on caregiving experience.
Dependable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
A genuine desire to help others and a positive, respectful attitude.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.

Nice To Haves

Experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation, and provide companionship.
For LNAs, support patient assessments and monitor vital signs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Help implement personalized client care plans to support client safety and comfort.
