About The Position

Charlie Health is hiring a few exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide mental health services to our adolescent and young adult clients. We’re eager to work with forward-thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients. Positions available as part-time or full-time W-2. Part-Time: Minimum 12 hours/week; flexible scheduling. Full-Time: 40 hours/week; evening availability required.

Requirements

Must hold an independent or associate licensure in North Carolina (LCSW-A, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT accepted).
Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus).
Experienced with teens and young adults.
Passion and skill in group services.
Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video.
Available evenings to meet client needs.
Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis.
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2.
Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.
Must complete several state background checks for clearance to see clients.

Nice To Haves

EMDR certification a plus.
MI certification a plus.
