About The Position
Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. The company aims to connect individuals with life-saving behavioral health treatment through personalized, virtual care. This role involves expanding access to meaningful care and driving better outcomes from the comfort of home. As a rapidly growing organization, Charlie Health is building a team that redefines behavioral health treatment and is looking for individuals passionate about driving lasting change and helping more people access the care they deserve. The Operations team handles administrative complexities, allowing clinicians to focus on providing high-quality mental health care. The role is 100% remote and offers flexibility, consistency, and support.
Requirements
- Must hold an independent license in Indiana.
- Licenses Accepted: LMHC
- Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus).
- Experienced with teens and young adults.
- Passionate and skilled in group services.
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video.
- Available evenings to meet client needs.
- Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis.
- Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome).
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
- Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred.
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2.
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.

Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
- Integrate multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus).
- Provide group services.
- Participate in case discussions for collaboration and skill development.
- Build strong relationships with clients (maximum of 8 clients in a group) and do in-depth work to create sustainable healing.
