About The Position

Televero Health is hiring a full-time, W-2 Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide virtual behavioral health care to patients ages 10 and up. The therapist must hold an active LMHC or LICSW license in Washington and reside in Washington state. The position involves delivering services through Televero’s telehealth platform, maintaining high-quality care, documenting encounters, and participating in clinical and educational activities. The role reports to Televero’s Director of Counseling. This is a 100% virtual position, scheduled for 40 hours per week. Televero is open from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Sunday, and will work with the clinician to create a flexible schedule. Availability is required for either two evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. or one weekend day. Compensation is $90,000–$100,000 per year.

Requirements

Hold an active LMHC or LICSW license in Washington.
Reside in Washington state.
Be willing to work with patients ages 10 and up.
Have at least 3 years of experience.
Have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
Have completed a CSWE-accredited Master of Social Work or Counseling program.
Have availability for either two evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. or one weekend day.
Demonstrate responsive, strong written and verbal communication.
Bring a culturally aware and inclusive mindset to interactions.
Have strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach.
Demonstrate effective time management and organization in a virtual environment.
Have a reliable internet connection and confidence using technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
Have EMR experience and the ability to navigate evolving systems.

Responsibilities

Provide services through the Televero telehealth platform, both live and offline.
Maintain a high quality of care consistent with the practice’s goals.
When not treating patients, assist with developing the behavioral health practice, including protocol development, training, and clinical discussions with prospective clients.
Enter notes and assign billing codes in the EMR, including for no-shows.
Complete encounter documentation within 24 hours of the patient encounter.
Review and interpret patient assessments used in the practice.
Attend monthly peer, supervisory, and educational meetings.
