About The Position

Heartline Staffing is hiring multiple full-time day-shift Registered Nurses for a hospital Operating Room in Beckley, West Virginia. The in-person operating room has seven fully equipped procedure rooms, each staffed with one circulator and two surgical technologists. Nurses support a broad mix of inpatient and outpatient cases, including orthopedic and orthopedic trauma, sports medicine, general surgery, gynecology, vascular, podiatry, spine, DaVinci robotic, trauma, and urology cases. The position offers a salary of $71,136–$100,256 and a full relocation package.

Requirements

Associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
Current RN license valid in West Virginia.
One year of surgery experience.
BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

Perform accurate, thorough patient assessments and identify patient needs.
Initiate appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings.
Provide age- and condition-appropriate nursing care.
Complete timely, accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record.
Develop, implement, and revise interdisciplinary care plans for each patient.
