About The Position
Mood Health is seeking independently licensed therapists in Washington to join their remote practice. The company handles client acquisition, scheduling, billing, technology, and operational needs, allowing therapists to focus on patient care. This is a W2, pay-per-encounter telehealth position offering flexible scheduling, consistent client demand, and ongoing clinical support. Mood Health aims to make quality mental healthcare more accessible and improve the experience for clinicians.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Washington independent clinical license as an: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- 2+ years of direct clinical experience working with adults
- Comfortable providing therapy through telehealth
- Comfortable using computers, electronic health records, and video conferencing technology
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental care
Nice To Haves
- Spanish-English bilingual skills
- Previous telehealth experience
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients through our secure telehealth platform
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Build strong, therapeutic relationships with clients
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with our Lead Psychologist
- Collaborate with our clinical and operational teams when additional support is needed
