Blossom is hiring fully licensed clinicians who are ready to build a sustainable career inside a supportive group practice. We offer structure where it matters, flexibility where it counts, and real support behind the scenes. If you're looking for a place where you can do good work and stay for years, keep reading. Everyone here starts hourly and moves to salary. That isn't a trial period or a probationary hoop — it's just honest about how caseloads get built. Phase one — fee-for-service. You start at 12–20 clinical hours a week while we build your caseload. You're paid for every session and for your non-clinical time. W2 from day one, with benefits. Phase two — salaried. Hold 25 sessions a week for four weeks and you move to salary. That's the whole threshold. From that point you're paid the same whether clients show up or not, and the risk of a slow week shifts from you to us. You don't have to ask for this or negotiate for it. We watch the numbers and we bring it up. The salary is for the work. The rest of the time is yours. We don't count vacation days, and here's why: it isn't possible to write an honest day-based policy when your schedule depends on whether clients show up and whether they cancel. So we don't pretend. Once you're salaried, your 1,100 sessions are yours to distribute. Take three weeks in August. Take every Friday through the winter. Take a month if you need a month. Tell us in advance so we can hold your caseload, and go. We ask that you take at least three weeks off a year. We've watched what happens to clinicians who don't, and we'd rather not watch it happen here. We build it. You don't market yourself. We handle intake, matching, scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Referrals are matched to your clinical strengths and interests, not assigned at random. Most clinicians reach a full caseload within 100 days or less. We're a mix of insurance-based and private pay. You set your hours. Your clients determine which hours work. We don't assign you a schedule. You choose your days and build your availability around your life. Two days in the office, the rest hybrid. What we'll tell you honestly: demand isn't spread evenly across the week. Teens come after school. Working adults come in the evening. If you build a schedule of weekday mornings, we can't fill it — and that's not us being difficult, it's just where the clients are. So pick your days, pick your hours, and pick them with an eye toward when people can actually come. We ask for two evening slots a week, ending by 7pm. Past that, it's yours. Weekend work is not required. Our note template is built to take about five minutes per session. You should not be taking documentation home, and if you find yourself doing that in your first month, tell us — it means something is wrong with our setup, not with you. We use SimplePractice. Regular case consultation, peer consultation groups, optional mentorship, particularly if you're growing into a new specialty, funded training when you want to expand into work with trauma, neurodivergence, or LGBTQIA+ care. Individual and group therapy with teens and adults, clinical assessments and treatment planning, timely, ethical documentation in SimplePractice, collaborative care with a team that actually consults each other. This role is for teens and up. We hire separately for clinicians who specialize in younger children, so if that's your focus, let us know and we'll point you to the right posting.
