Requirements

  • Current, fully-licensed Michigan clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, or Licensed Psychologist)
  • Submit a customized cover letter and resume that includes your active Michigan license number, license type, areas of specialty, and current and thorough job history
  • Ability to work in a self-driven way that is autonomous and collaborative
  • Foundational knowledge of clinical skills, treatment approaches, and treatment planning
  • Strong communication skills; provide constructive feedback for the betterment of the team
  • Team player who wants to be part of dynamic team growth
  • Ability to share feedback to improve practice processes
  • Strong proficiency with technology and computer-based programs for record-keeping, scheduling, and EHR

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing outpatient clinical services to clients on a weekly or as-needed basis
  • Manage a clinical caseload and deliver competent clinical care using ethical and evidence-based therapeutic techniques
  • Work collaboratively to develop treatment plans and goals aligned with each patient's needs
  • Deliver interventions, monitor progress, and document accordingly
  • Utilize technology and electronic platforms (InSync EHR) for communication, treatment, and record-keeping
  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, families, and/or couples
  • Meet with the clinical director/direct supervisor for performance growth and skill development
  • Collaborate with administrative staff on patient care coordination
  • Embrace a team-led approach in clinical work with respective patients
  • Demonstrate passion and drive to achieve successful outcomes
  • Develop specific therapy plans with goals and objectives for individual patients
  • Complete documentation (assessments, treatment planning, progress notes) in a timely manner
