Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Charlie Health•Remote, Pennsylvania, PA
•$75,000 - $85,000•Remote

About The Position

Charlie Health is hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. The role supports mental health, substance use, and related treatment programming, with clinicians providing care in a virtual setting. Positions are available as part-time or full-time W-2 employment. Part-time clinicians work at least 12 hours per week with flexible scheduling; full-time clinicians work 40 hours per week and must be available in the evenings. Charlie Health’s Operations team manages administrative complexities so clinicians can focus on delivering care. The provider experience includes predictable schedules and steady caseloads, support from a full-time Admissions & Assessment team, collaboration through case discussions, and group sizes capped at eight clients to support strong client relationships and in-depth work. The position is 100% remote. Applicants must hold independent or associate licensure in Pennsylvania. Accepted licenses include LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LPC-A, and LAMFT. The role requires a master’s degree in mental health or a related field and familiarity with cloud-based tools, an EMR, and outcomes software. The position includes background checks required to clear clinicians to see clients; Charlie Health pays the cost of the Florida fingerprint-based check described in the posting.
