About The Position

Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide mental health services to adolescent and young adult clients. This role involves delivering personalized, virtual care rooted in connection, aiming to expand access to meaningful treatment and drive better outcomes. The company is dedicated to changing the landscape of behavioral healthcare by offering comprehensive support and a collaborative environment for its clinicians. Positions are available as part-time or full-time W-2, with a focus on providing high-quality mental health care while handling administrative complexities.

Requirements

MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT LICENSE IN NEW JERSEY
Licenses Accepted: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
Master’s degree in mental health or related field
Experienced with teens and young adults
Passionate and skilled in group services
Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
Available evenings to meet client needs
Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
Independently licensed mental health clinicians ONLY
Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
Must complete several state background checks for clearance to see clients.

Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
