About The Position

Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide mental health services to adolescent and young adult clients. We are looking for forward-thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care. This role involves providing mental health services to adolescents and young adults, with positions available as part-time or full-time W-2 employees. The role requires evening availability for full-time positions and offers flexible scheduling for part-time roles (minimum 12 hours/week).

Requirements

• Must hold an independent license in New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LMFT accepted).
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2.
• Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.
• Independently licensed mental health clinicians ONLY.

Nice To Haves

• EMDR certification a plus.
• MI certification a plus.
• Experience with teens and young adults highly preferred.
• Evening availability required for full-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services to adolescents and young adults.
• Integrate multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus).
• Provide group services.
• Collaborate with team members on case discussions.
• Build strong relationships with clients (maximum of 8 clients in a group).
• Conduct in-depth work to create sustainable healing.
