About The Position
This full-time telehealth position is for an experienced therapist licensed in Arkansas. The therapist provides therapy services to assigned clients and supports consistent care delivery and documentation practices. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Requirements
- Active Arkansas license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
- At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Familiarity with telehealth tools and workflows
- Strong clinical judgment and time management
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to assigned clients
- Complete and review clinical documentation
- Support treatment planning and progress monitoring
- Provide insight on complex or high-acuity cases
- Maintain compliance with state and organizational standards
- Participate in quality-focused clinical processes
