About The Position
Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults. The company aims to connect individuals with life-saving behavioral health treatment through personalized, virtual care. The role involves providing mental health services to adolescents and young adults, with positions available as part-time or full-time W-2 employees. Part-time requires a minimum of 12 hours/week with flexible scheduling, while full-time requires 40 hours/week with evening availability. Requirements
- MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN TEXAS
- Licenses Accepted: LMSW, LPC-A, MFT-A, LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field
- Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
- Experienced with teens and young adults
- Passionate and skilled in group services
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
- Available evenings to meet client needs
- Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis

Responsibilities
- Provide mental health services to adolescents and young adults.
- Provide telehealth services.
- Participate in case discussions.
- Build strong relationships with clients (maximum of 8 clients in a group).
- Do in-depth work to create sustainable healing.
