About The Position

Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. Requirements

Must hold an independent or associate licensure in Texas (LMSW, LPC-A, MFT-A, LCSW, LPC, LMFT accepted).
Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred.
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2.
Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.
Evening availability required for full-time positions.
Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis.

Nice To Haves

Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus).

Responsibilities

Provide mental health services to adolescents and young adults.
Provide telehealth services.
Participate in case discussions for collaboration and skill development.
Build strong relationships with clients, with a maximum of 8 clients in a group.
Engage in in-depth work to create sustainable healing.
Utilize cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.
