About The Position

Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. The role involves enhancing programming and delivering high-quality care through virtual settings. Positions are available as part-time or full-time W-2 employees. Part-time requires a minimum of 12 hours/week with flexible scheduling, while full-time requires 40 hours/week with evening availability. Requirements

Must hold an independent or associate licensure in Illinois.
Licenses accepted: LSW, LPC, ALMFT, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT.
Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred.
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2.
Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.
Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis.

Nice To Haves

EMDR certification a plus.
MI certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
Offer part-time (minimum 12 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week) W-2 positions.
Full-time positions require evening availability.
Integrate multiple therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus).
Provide group services.
Participate in case discussions for collaboration and skill development.
Manage a caseload with a maximum of 8 clients in a group to foster strong client relationships and in-depth work.
