LICENSED Mental Health Therapist

Ellie Mental Health is seeking licensed or soon-to-be licensed therapists who are passionate about expanding access to high-quality mental health care. Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution
- Active Alabama licensure or associate-level licensure (LPC, LPC Associate, LMFT, LMFT Associate, LCSW, or LMSW)
- Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional boundaries
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
- Therapists expected to achieve full licensure within six months are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
- Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services
- Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians
- Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate care with families, providers, schools, and community supports as needed
- Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and training opportunities
