About The Position

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join their team. The role focuses on providing comprehensive, evidence-based mental health treatment through a collaborative, interdisciplinary model. Therapists will be central to patient care, building therapeutic relationships, and delivering high-quality treatment. The position involves leading therapy groups, facilitating individual sessions, and contributing to integrated treatment plans within a supportive environment.

Requirements

Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
Active independent licensure: LGSW, LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC
Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care
Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth

Nice To Haves

EMDR training or certification
Experience working with adults in substance use recovery or OTP setting
Comfort working with both adolescents and adults

Responsibilities

Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults
Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management
Design and deliver engaging process, psychoeducational and skills groups
Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
Provide case management services, including coordinated care with families, referral sources, and external providers
Demonstrate commitment to excellent patient care, measured through clinical outcomes
Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
