About The Position

Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. The role involves enhancing programming and delivering high-quality care through virtual settings. Positions are available as part-time or full-time W-2 employees. Requirements

Independently licensed counselors ONLY
Master’s degree in mental health or related field
Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
Must join the compact.
Must be able to work Arizona (MST) hours.

Responsibilities

Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
Work Arizona (MST) hours.
Participate in case discussions.
Provide care to a maximum of 8 clients in a group to allow for strong client relationships and in-depth work.
