About The Position

At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Behavioral Health professionals strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences. This role involves working in the new Capitol Gateway location Adult Intensive Outpatient Program. The position offers PRN/Flex hours, Monday-Friday, during business hours. The therapist will be responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations, facilitating therapeutic groups, providing individual therapy, and discharge planning. This role emphasizes group therapy, curriculum development, and ongoing reassessment to ensure appropriate level of care/medical necessity for IOP level of care. St. Luke’s offers in-house continuing education, 3 Paid Education Days annually, and Education Funding ($1000 annually).

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification
  • Hold a License in the State of Practice in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
