Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT or CMHC) - Outpatient
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists for outpatient behavioral healthcare in Utah, including Murray and other offices in the Greater Salt Lake City area. This is a hybrid role, with 2–3 days per week in the office and 1–2 days remote. The position is intended for therapists who are passionate about patient care, committed to clinical excellence, and interested in work-life balance and professional growth. Immediate needs include child, trauma, family, and couples therapists; some evening availability may be helpful for child, family, and couples therapy roles. EMDR certification is a plus for trauma therapists. Spanish-speaking therapists are also encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Hold full licensure in Utah as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Have completed a master's program and the supervision stage.
Nice To Haves
- Spanish-speaking or bilingual.
- Experience as a child, trauma, family, or couples therapist.
- EMDR certification for trauma therapy.
- Availability to work some evenings for child, family, or couples therapy.
