About The Position

Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide mental health services to adolescent and young adult clients. The role involves enhancing programming and delivering high-quality care, with positions available as part-time or full-time W-2. Requirements

MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN COLORADO
Licenses Accepted: LMSW, LSW, LPCC, MFTC/MFP, LCSW. LPC, MFT
Master’s degree in mental health or related field
Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
Experienced with teens and young adults
Passionate and skilled in group services
Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
Available evenings to meet client needs
Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis

Nice To Haves

EMDR certification a plus
MI certification a plus

Responsibilities

Provide mental health services to adolescent and young adult clients.
