About The Position

Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide mental health services to adolescent and young adult clients. This role is for an On-Site position in Commerce City, Colorado, working Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, as a W-2 employee. Requirements

Must hold an independent or associate licensure in Colorado (LMSW, LSW, LPCC, MFTC/MFP, LCSW, LPC, MFT accepted).
Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
Experience with teens and young adults.
Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus).
Passionate and skilled in group services.
Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video.
Available evenings to meet client needs.
Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis.
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2.
Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.

Nice To Haves

EMDR certification a plus.
MI certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide mental health services to adolescent and young adult clients.
Integrate multiple therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI).
Provide group services.
Build strong relationships with clients and conduct in-depth work for sustainable healing.
Participate in case discussions for professional development.
Be available for evening client needs.
