About The Position

EdTheory is seeking a passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide school-based services for K–12 students in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is a full-time, year-round, 12-month position. The professional will be an integral part of the school community, supporting students, partnering with families, and collaborating with educators to help students succeed emotionally and academically.

The role involves providing individual and group counseling, conducting mental health assessments and diagnoses, developing and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation and compliance. Requirements

• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Passion for student mental health and school-based support.
