About The Position

Provide in-person psychotherapy and behavioral health services to older adults and medically complex patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living communities throughout the White Plains, New York area. The role offers full-time or part-time schedules, flexible scheduling, clinical autonomy, established referral relationships, and administrative and operational support. Providers work with an established multidisciplinary team and focus on patient care while receiving support with documentation, including an AI scribe that drafts session notes.

Requirements

Hold an active and unrestricted New York license as a Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
Have a master's or doctoral degree in an applicable discipline.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
Have strong communication and documentation skills.
Be comfortable providing services in nursing home and long-term care settings.
Only fully licensed providers are eligible; limited permits, associate licenses, LMSW, MHC-LP, provisionally licensed therapists, and supervised or pre-licensure applicants are not eligible.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with geriatric populations.
Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, rehabilitation centers, long-term care, or assisted living settings.
Interest in interdisciplinary and integrated healthcare.

Responsibilities

Provide in-person psychotherapy and behavioral health services in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living communities.
Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
Treat depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns common among geriatric populations.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes.
Build therapeutic relationships with residents and their families.
