Licensed Mental Health Counselor
About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking licensed therapists in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Therapists provide outpatient mental healthcare services to adults and/or children and adolescents, offering individual and/or couples therapy. The role is available as a W-2 employed position, with part-time and full-time options and compensation based on productivity. The position is based at offices throughout the area, including a new office in Federal Way. The schedule is flexible, with work Monday through Friday and optional weekends. The role uses a hybrid model with both in-person and remote flexibility.
Requirements
- Hold an active Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
