Licensed Mental Health Counselor
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Therapists provide outpatient mental healthcare to adults and/or children and adolescents, offering individual and/or couples therapy. Care may be provided in person at clinics or remotely through a hybrid model. The position is based at a new office in Federal Way, with locations throughout the area to make commuting easier. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends optional, and is flexible to accommodate work-life balance and personal schedules. Part-time and full-time options are available. The role is a W-2 employed position with compensation based on productivity and uncapped earning potential.
Requirements
- Hold full licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy.
- Provide care to adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Deliver outpatient mental healthcare in person and/or remotely through a hybrid model.
