About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists for outpatient offices in Washington State. The role is for clinicians passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Therapists provide evidence-based mental healthcare in an outpatient setting, serving adults and/or children and adolescents. The position is W-2 employment with compensation based on productivity and uncapped earning potential. Part-time and full-time options are available. LifeStance Health is a national provider of medically driven mental healthcare services for children, adolescents, and adults, delivered in person at clinics and through telemedicine. Its clinical team includes psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists. Requirements
- Be fully licensed and credentialed in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
