Licensed Mental Health Counselor
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists in Washington to provide outpatient mental healthcare. The role is part of a clinical team focused on trusted, affordable, personalized, and evidence-based care for adults, children, and adolescents. Therapists may provide individual and/or couples therapy and work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations. The position offers a W-2 employment arrangement and a productivity-based compensation model, with a stated compensation range of $90,000–$115,000 and uncapped earning potential. Work is based at a new Federal Way office, with locations throughout the area, and follows a hybrid model combining in-person and remote work. Both part-time and full-time options are available, with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule and optional weekends.
Requirements
- Hold an active Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy to adults and/or children and adolescents.
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy.
- Contribute to the clinical team and deliver patient care with a commitment to clinical excellence.
