About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists in Washington State who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The position is a W-2 employed role with compensation based on productivity and options for part-time or full-time work. The compensation range is $90,000–$115,000, with uncapped earning potential, a sign-on bonus, and a cash-based incentive program. Therapists are part of the clinical team and provide care to adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Washington as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
