Requirements

  • A valid Health Insurance license in your state of residence.
  • A passion for sales and a talent for turning leads into happy clients.
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Ability to manage multiple carrier relationships simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must meet compliance and licensure requirements as outlined.

Responsibilities

  • Educate clients about Medicare, identify their unique needs, and match them with the perfect plan.
  • Build meaningful client relationships while guiding them through the enrollment process.
  • Consistently hit sales goals and track your progress.
  • Stay updated on CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) rules and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with managers, trainers, and teammates to sharpen your skills and achieve your goals.
