About The Position

Jerry.ai is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join their team. The role involves managing car insurance, including shopping, refinancing, safety, and repairs, through their app. Since launching in 2019, Jerry.ai has grown to over 5 million customers. As an Insurance Sales Agent, your primary responsibility is to convert customer interest generated through the mobile or web app into bound policies, matching customers with suitable coverage from Jerry's extensive network of over 55 carrier partners. This is a remote position.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a top-performing sales agent
Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
Passionate about helping others
Currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada (for full-time salaried roles)
Currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA (for full-time hourly roles)

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for personal line auto, home, motorcycle, and other specialty insurance policies.
Educate customers on insurance policy details such as coverage and pricing.
Prepare and bind quotes through our carriers.
Effectively problem solve and objection handle to remove barriers from the customer purchasing the policy with Jerry.
Provide attentive, high energy conversation with customers that show we are actively engaged in finding a policy that best fits each individual's needs.
