About The Position

McGuire Insurance Agency is a growing, high-performing insurance agency that helps clients protect what matters most. We specialize in home, condo, renters, and other personal insurance solutions. We are looking for motivated, self-driven individuals who want to build a career in insurance sales. This is a work-from-home position, so the right candidate must be organized, disciplined, and able to work independently. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will speak with potential clients, understand their needs, and help them find the right insurance coverage. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and earning commission based on performance. As a licensed sales professional, you'll learn the business inside and out. You'll help grow an Allstate agency and build relationships in your community. The agency staff opportunity is not an employment opportunity directly with Allstate Insurance Co.; but rather employment as a staff member with Allstate Exclusive Agents, who are independent contractors.

Requirements

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Goal-oriented and driven to succeed
• Organized with good time management
• Willing to obtain an insurance license, 40 hour course + state test

Nice To Haves

• WA P&C licensed candidates are a plus
• Sales experience is helpful but not required
