About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and licensed Medicare Insurance Agent to join our team. This role involves educating clients on Medicare plan options, assessing their needs, and guiding them through the enrollment process for Medicare Advantage (Part C), Part D prescription drug plans, and Medigap supplemental insurance. The position requires staying updated on CMS rules and regulations, following up on leads, and conducting presentations, home visits, and personalized appointments. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in Ohio or Kentucky.

Requirements

• 2+ year experience in Medicare sales required
• Active Life and Health License required
• Candidates must possess any additional certificates needed to legally sell Medicare Advantage & Medicare Supplemental plans.
• Proficient in MS office suite products (Excel, Word, & Outlook)
• Must reside in the state of Ohio or Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to educate them about available Medicare plan options, assess their individual needs, and help them select the coverage that best fits their healthcare and financial goals.
• Explain Medicare Advantage (Part C), along with Part D prescription drug plans and Medigap supplemental insurance.
• Conduct presentations as well as conduct home visits, and personalized appointments as needed to complete the enrollment process.
• Stay updated on CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) rules and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Follow up on “Leads” and “Referrals” from family members, and caregivers of consumers eligible for enrollment in Medicare.
