Licensed Massage Therapist
About The Position
Viva Day Spa + Med Spa is hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist for its Atlanta location in the Morningside neighborhood, scheduled to open in January 2027. The therapist will provide therapeutic and relaxation-focused massage experiences tailored to guests’ goals, preferences, and health considerations. The role combines massage expertise, sound judgment, and attentive hospitality to support guest wellness and deliver the Viva experience. The position also involves building guest relationships, supporting retention and rebooking, maintaining treatment records and safety standards, and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
Requirements
- Active Texas Massage Therapy License.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and therapeutic massage techniques.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth.
- Ability to stand and move throughout scheduled shifts.
- Ability to perform repetitive massage movements safely and effectively.
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and twist, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- At least 6 months of professional massage experience is preferred.
- Luxury spa, hospitality, wellness, or resort experience is preferred.
