About The Position

LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to provide critical soft tissue therapy services that enhance aircrew performance and recovery. As part of the CRAFT program, the therapist will work with other Human Performance professionals to deliver integrated care that supports pilot readiness. The role uses best practices in soft tissue treatment modalities to provide individualized care to aircrew personnel while ensuring infection control and compliance with DoD policy. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
At least 2 years of experience in a medical/clinical or college/professional sport, tactical, aerospace, or similar man-machine high-performance environment.
Hold a state massage therapy license in the state where services will be delivered.
Current CPR and AED certification.
Current Secret security clearance, or ability to obtain and maintain one, including a T3 background investigation.
U.S. citizenship, required to obtain a Secret clearance and work in this position.

Responsibilities

Deliver therapeutic massage and soft tissue treatments.
Support injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
Collaborate with the Human Performance team and contribute to instructional efforts.
Document treatments and maintain compliance with standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
