About The Position
Massage Heights is seeking newly licensed and experienced massage therapists to provide therapeutic massage services in a professional, safe, and serene environment. Therapists customize services to each guest, support guests’ wellness and self-care goals, and promote the therapeutic benefits of massage. The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and a steady book of business. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with 6–8-hour shifts and one required weekend shift. Day and evening shifts are available.
Requirements
- Hold a current state license to perform massage therapy.
- Maintain active liability insurance for massage therapy.
- Pass background checks.
- Be capable of effectively performing full-body 50-minute massage services.
- Thrive in team environments.
- Communicate effectively with guests.
Responsibilities
- Customize massage services for each guest.
- Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, and Aromatherapy.
- Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy.
- Build relationships with guests to help them meet their self-care goals.
