Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Saint Johns (Durbin Crossing) is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists for a therapist-focused, supportive, and professional spa environment. The locally owned and operated location is led by a Licensed Massage Therapist with 21 years of spa experience. The role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, a guaranteed full schedule, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for long-term career growth. The spa provides ongoing education, including 12 free CE credits during new-hire training and access to additional courses during employment. Therapists use techniques and tools such as gliding cupping, hot stones, contrast therapy stones, and Himalayan salt stones to provide customized treatments. The spa manages marketing, scheduling, supplies, rent, and operations, and provides supplies, uniforms, and amenities so therapists can focus on client care.

Requirements

An active Florida Massage Therapy License in good standing is required.
Carry massage therapy liability insurance.
