Licensed Massage Therapist
About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas is hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist to provide customized massage treatments and help clients achieve results through routine visits and long-term treatment plans. Therapists build relationships with clients and deliver an exceptional experience of healing while maintaining professional, clean therapy rooms and common areas. Hand & Stone provides supplies, uniforms, established client bases, streamlined processes, and career development support so therapists can focus on client care. The role includes access to continuing education, additional treatment tools, and flexible scheduling. Average earnings are described as $270–$330 per day, based on six services, with average service commission of $27.85, an average tip of $20, and additional earnings for certain enhancements; actual earnings may vary.
Requirements
- Hold an active Colorado LMT license in good standing.
- Be able to carry massage therapy liability insurance.
Responsibilities
- Create customized treatment plans based on each client’s needs to deliver quality results.
- Create an exceptional healing experience for each member or guest through routine visits and long-term treatment plans.
- Maintain professionalism and cleanliness in therapy rooms and common areas.
