About The Position
Massage Heights is hiring newly licensed and experienced massage therapists to provide therapeutic wellness services in a professional, safe, and serene environment. The role focuses on tailoring massage services to each guest, offering service enhancements, and supporting guests in meeting their self-care goals. Shifts are 6–8 hours, with day and evening options. Full-time and part-time positions are available, and one weekend shift is required.
Requirements
- Current state license to perform massage therapy.
- Active liability insurance for massage therapy.
- Ability to effectively perform full-body 50-minute massage services.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Excellent guest communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Customize massage services for each guest.
- Perform service enhancements using hot stones, cupping, CBD, and aromatherapy.
- Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy.
- Build relationships with guests to help them meet their self-care goals.
