About The Position
Massage Heights is hiring newly licensed and experienced massage therapists to provide therapeutic massage services in a professional, safe, and serene environment. Therapists customize services to each guest, perform enhancements, promote wellness benefits, and build relationships that support guests’ self-care goals. The role offers full- and part-time positions, flexible schedules, 6–8-hour shifts, and day and evening shifts. One weekend shift is required. Compensation is $35,000–$50,000 per year, with tips, commission, and bonus opportunities.
Requirements
- Current state license to perform massage therapy.
- Active liability insurance for massage therapy.
- Ability to effectively perform full-body 50-minute massage services.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Excellent guest communication skills.
- Availability for one weekend shift.
Responsibilities
- Customize massage services for each guest.
- Perform service enhancements using hot stones, cupping, CBD, and aromatherapy.
- Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy.
- Build relationships with guests to help them meet their self-care goals.
