About The Position

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Massage Therapist to create a relaxing ambiance for guests and provide professional massage and body treatments. The role includes maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized spa facility, with an emphasis on cleanliness and sanitation. Requirements

• Hold and maintain a current massage therapist/bodyworker license with the State of Wisconsin and the Department of Regulations and Licensing.
• Be available for flexible, sometimes long hours, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate a leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
• Provide professional massage and body treatments consistently, following spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
• Respond accurately, appropriately, and promptly to guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized spa facility, emphasizing cleanliness and sanitation.
• Guide, support, and inspire associates as part of the leadership team.
