About The Position
FGG Spa, LLC, a growth-focused Hand & Stone franchisee, is hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist at its East Brunswick location. The position offers a competitive base rate for 50-minute Swedish massages and uncapped commission for upgrades. Full-time, high-performing therapists typically earn an average total annual compensation of up to $88,000, based on 30 service hours per week. Tips average 18%–25% or more, with average credit card tips of $20–$30 per base service and higher amounts possible on upgrades; credit card tips are paid directly to therapists through the Tippy partner. Tips are paid out the same day, and employees are paid biweekly. The employer provides health insurance with an $8,000 annual employer contribution, dental, vision, life and supplemental insurance, a 401(k) with a 5% company match, paid time off, and massage license renewal reimbursement of up to 100% for full-time team members. Continuing education support includes partnerships with AMTA and ABMP.
