Requirements
- Must hold a valid Florida massage therapy license (completion of accredited program + licensing exam required)
- Strong physical stamina and endurance to perform multiple sessions per day
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and committed to guest satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to assess health history, areas of tension, and treatment goals
- Perform a variety of massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, sports, etc.) tailored to client needs
- Adjust pressure, techniques, and treatment plans based on client feedback
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming massage environment
- Adhere to all licensing regulations, safety standards, and professional ethics
- Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
