About The Position
The organization is hiring licensed therapists in Washington, including LMHCs, LMFTs, and LICSWs, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Therapists are an important part of the clinician team and provide individual and/or couples therapy to adults and/or children and adolescents. This W-2 employed position offers part-time and full-time options, a productivity-based compensation model with uncapped earning potential, and a hybrid arrangement with in-person and remote flexibility. The role is based at offices throughout the area, including a new office in Sammamish, with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule and optional weekends.
Requirements
- Be fully licensed in Washington State as an LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LICSW.
- Have experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
