About The Position
We are seeking talented, fully licensed therapists in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The role is a W2-employed position with compensation based on productivity and uncapped earning potential. Part-time and full-time options are available. The position is based at a new office in Sammamish, with locations throughout the area to make commuting easier. Therapists work Monday through Friday, with weekends optional, and may use a flexible schedule to accommodate work-life balance and personal schedules. The role offers a hybrid model with in-person and remote flexibility. Therapists are part of the clinician team and work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations, providing individual and/or couples therapy.
Requirements
- Hold an active Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW).
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy.
- Contribute to the clinician team and deliver patient care with a commitment to clinical excellence.
