About The Position

American Integrity Insurance Group is actively seeking Licensed Insurance Representatives for a variety of roles, including Underwriting, Client Retention, and Client Services. These roles involve responding to inquiries from agents, customers, and internal departments via multiple communication channels, providing accurate information, researching and resolving issues, answering calls professionally, offering administrative support, participating in policy services projects, and maintaining a superior level of customer service.

Requirements

• Previous personal lines insurance experience required.
• Underwriting requires an active 20-44 or 2-20 license.
• Client Retention requires an active 20-44 or 2-20 license.
• Senior Client Services requires an active 20-44 or 2-20 license.
• Client Services prefers an active 4-40, 20-44, or 2-20 license.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience required.
• Previous homeowners insurance experience, either in an agency or a carrier setting, preferred.
• Preference towards 2-20 license holders for Underwriting.
• Preference towards 2-20 license holders for Client Retention.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and questions from agents, customers and internal departments via text, chat, email, and phone.
• Provide agents and insured customers accurate information.
• Research and resolve issues.
• Answer calls professionally and expediently.
• Provide administrative, general office and clerical services as required.
• Participate in projects/assignments that support policy services.
• Maintain a superior level of customer service provided to all clients.
