About The Position
Develop new personal-lines business by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable coverage options, and maintaining a disciplined sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Sales or customer-service experience with strong communication and follow-through.
- Coachable, goal-oriented, organized, and comfortable using technology.
Nice To Haves
- Active Nevada Property & Casualty license is preferred; candidates able to obtain licensing promptly may be considered.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and create new opportunities through referrals and outbound prospecting.
- Quote Auto, Home, Renters, and related products within licensing and carrier authority.
- Explain coverage choices clearly, complete documentation accurately, and close new business.
- Maintain CRM activity, follow-up tasks, and sales forecasts.
- Build long-term relationships through ethical selling, cross-selling, and excellent service.
